Our client - Altium Limited is a software company that provides outstanding PC-based electronics computer-aided design software, is looking for experienced 3D Software Engineer to join their R&D office in Kyiv.

THE ROLE:

As a 3D Software Engineer, you will play an important role in a high quality of company's flagship product - Altium Designer. Ability to display realistic 3D view of PCB board will be the main aim of your daily workflow. A huge number of very small details on routing layers (you need to display every track or via) makes challenges for rendering engine and requires custom solutions. Design, development, and verification of new code related to 2D/3D rendering and visualization also will be a part of your daily workflow.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 3+ years experience of equivalent commercial software development, using C++/C#/JavaScript (gamedev, CAD);
• Hands-on experience with 3D visualization and custom shaders (OpenGL, DirectX, WebGL);
• Strong data structures and algorithms knowledge;
• Profound knowledge of computational geometry 2D/3D;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field (i.e. Physics, Math, EE, etc.);
• Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher.
