Our client - a leading solutions provider in the area of held entertainment technology - offers a great opportunity for experienced and skillful HR Director to join their team in Minsk.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:
- Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company;
- Provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures;
- Lead the Recruitment process and manager Recruitment team;
- Act as HR manager, that deals with daily HR tasks, like adaptation, evaluation, retention, onboarding, etc;
- Assist with planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, diversity and compensation programs;
- Act as Site manager for Minsk location: managing administration work in the company.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- At least 5 years of HR work in various roles and various levels of responsibility;
- Strong working knowledge of HR information systems, strategic planning process, statistical analysis / problem-solving methods, and practices and trends influencing human resources management.
- Ability to forge outstanding working relationships across the team and with business leaders;
- Excellent communications and influencing skills.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development or Human Resources (will be a plus).
