Our client - successful Indonesian company providing a wide range of services that include transportation, mobile payments, food delivery, and many other on-demand services is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Java Developer to work with their financial service platform and to join their team in Bangkok (Thailand) or Bali.

THE ROLE:

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for imagining, building, deploying and running one or more company's products. You will own the future of this product, ensure its quality, and get to see the impacts of your efforts for many people in their everyday lives.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 4+ years of Java programming experience;
• 1+ year of professional experience in a similar role developing high quality
  software;
• Solid knowledge of Java 7/8 language and core libraries;
• Any DevOps (Infrastructure as Code, Build pipelines, monitoring etc) experience;
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, or related engineering degree;
• Desire and willingness to learn new languages/technologies;
• Good written and spoken level of English.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Previous experience with Go, Clojure, Scala, Kotlin, iOS-Swift;
• A passion for learning and applying TDD, Pair Programming, Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Integration/Delivery.
