Our client - Altium Limited is a software company that provides outstanding PC-based electronics computer-aided design software, is looking for experienced Office Administrator to join their R&D office in Kyiv.
Provide support to meet the administrative needs of a growing office; assist in maintaining an efficient and harmonious office environment.
- Management of all forms of incoming mail, telephone calls (replying, taking messages, forwarding);
- Visa support;
- Administrative support of the office;
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars;
- Preparation of correspondence, presentations and other materials.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative sphere as office manager, receptionist, secretary or related, preferably at an international company;
- Fluent in English and Russian (verbal and written skills) is MUST;
- Strong PC skills (Google docs and calendars, MS office: Word, Excel, etc.);
- High energy/passion, smartness, accuracy in work with documents.
