Our client - a Company from New Zealand, which creates a cloud-based billing engine and customer self-service portal that manages the data aggregation, rating, billing, and analysis of service usage for huge telecom customers - is now looking for an experienced Business/System Analyst, who will join their team remotely.

THE ROLE: 

As a Business/System Analyst, you will play an important role in business process analysis and design and will help investigate and debug issues, related to Company's SaaS platform. Establishing business analysis and systems requirements also will be part of your daily workflow. 

THE PROJECT: 

The online billing portal that integrates with software that is important to MSPs, including different systems, like task engines and accounting systems. This system enables MSPs to automate and optimize the billing system as much as possible to minimize time and cost. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: 

• 2+ years of experience in system analysis;
• Development or Architecture experience;
• Experience with typical integration patterns via DB, API;
• Good spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate and higher);
• Experience in creating functional specifications;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Practical experience with Rest API.

WOULD BE A PLUS: 

• Analytical and communications skills necessary to gather and define business requirements and translate them into solutions;
• Ability to facilitate workshops with financial (lending\collection) organizations;
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence.
