Our client - a global engineering company which creates a full-stack cloud communication platform (cPaaS) for enterprise clients is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Kyiv.
THE ROLE: As a Customer Success Manager you will have the opportunity to work with clients operating in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova and to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To understand the client’s business, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business;
- To cooperate with clients to satisfy their business needs and contribute to stable and/or increased usage of service;
- To be in contact with all the key players in the assigned market and have great relationships with them;
- Successfully find solutions to client's issues, engage other people in the company to bring better customer satisfaction;
- To work consistently to achieve KPIs quarterly.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Solid experience as an account manager/customer success manager;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications, IT, Telecommunications or other related degree;
- Exceptional professional communication skills, fluency in Russian and English;
- Excellent command of MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems;
- Business-orientation in order deliver and increase results with current accounts;
- Excellent teamwork at all levels.
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Experience with sales in IT/Telco industry, sales of SaaS
