Our client - a sports data company, which develops an automated content creation system is looking for a Front-end Developer to join their team remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development web layouts using HTML5 (SLIM), CSS3 (SCSS), vanilla JS within ROR;
• Development web animations using HTML 5, CSS3 Animations within ROR;
• Development of non-trivial web pages with text texturing, multi-layered blocks, masks, etc;
• Participation in tasks estimations;
• Communication with the team.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: 

• 2+ years experience in the development of Web-layouts;
• Experience in HTML5 cross-browser and cross-platform development;
• Strong knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 3, Animations, Media Queries, Responsive web design, JavaScript (ES 6), jQuery
• Experience with preprocessors SLIM, SASS (SCSS);
• Experience with design / layouting tools Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Avocode;
• Attentiveness to code quality and responsibility.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

Most of the projects build on the Ruby on Rails framework, so would be a plus basic knowledge and experience in backend / full stack development.

• One of the MVP frameworks Ruby on Rails, Django or any other similar MVP framework;
• Knowledge of REST API;
• Experienced with relational databases;
• Experience with Git.
