Our client is an advertisement technology company with several marketing platforms as a service, based in Tel Aviv (HQ) & Kyiv. They are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / HR Manager.
Role:
Your main goal would be to find suitable candidates for all requested vacancies and perform HR activities.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of recruitment process (from receiving a request to filling the vacancy)
- Conducting interviews;
- Organizing interviews with hiring managers (tech and administrative management);
- Status reporting;
- Job offer process;
- Compensation and Benefits process;
- Office HR activities (retention, onboarding, etc.);
- Organizing events;
- Daily cooperation with marketing manager and CEO.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of work experience in IT recruitment and HR management;
- Experience using and managing various sources for recruitment of candidates;
- Experience with HR processes (job offer, onboarding, retention, C&B, etc.);
- At least Upper Intermediate (B2) level of English for communication with HQ in Tel Aviv.
