Our Client - HALO Trust - the world’s largest humanitarian demining organization is looking for a passionate ERP System Administrator to join their Ukrainian team (remotely).

HALO is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious organization headquartered in the UK. HALO’s mission is to protect lives and restore the livelihoods of those affected by conflict. We clear landmines and the explosive debris of war so communities and countries can recover.

HALO Ukraine has been operating since 2016, delivering humanitarian mine action activities, including survey, mine clearance, and explosive ordnance risk education. The program currently employs approximately 430 staff members.

If you are at the beginning of your career, have a technical background, can work autonomously, know English well, and it is valuable for you to help people - it might be a great opportunity. 

THE ROLE: 

As a Junior ERP System Administrator, you will play an important role in implementing Halo's ERP and financial planning systems. You will work closely with an assigned mentor who will teach you of how to do your job well.   

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: 

  • 1+ years of experience in IT-related vacancies (IT helpdesk or System Administrator); 
  • Finished higher education in any technical domain (CS, math, physics, etc); 
  • Fluent English.  

WOULD BE A PLUS: 

  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite; 
  • Experience with Office365. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support the ERP project team in the day-to-day monitoring and control of the ERP system;
  • Provide support to the NetSuite help desk for ad-hoc user requests, escalating issues as appropriate;
  • Provide administrative support in the delivery of NetSuite training sessions;
  • Provide user account management including new starters, role changes, and leavers in accordance with security profiles;
  • Maintain the NetSuite issues log, keeping project team members updated on any new issues arising.

 COMPANY OFFERS
