Our Client - a fast-growing fintech company that has been founded in 2012 and has grown from a startup to a well-known product company, is looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to join their team in Poland (offices in Warsaw and Krakow, or remotely). Primary mission - to make global money transfers as simple as possible to be literally as simple as sending messages via messenger. THE ROLE: 

As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will play an important role in the shape of a product. Research, design, and deliver software using the latest client-side technologies with an eye toward performance, reusability, and SEO best practices will be a part of your daily workflow. You will be involved in the full development cycle including requirement definition, review, product design, coding, testing, and maintenance support. You will also share your expertise and experience with the entire frontend team, by managing them.  

Tech stack: React & Redux, Typescript, ES6, Gatsby.

Frontend team: 5 Engineers.

Development process: Scrum, 2-weeks sprints, short daily reports.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer using React; 
• Hands-on experience with React/Redux and Typescript; 
• Practical experience with ES6+; 
• Practical experience with Jira, and GIT;
• Experience in RESTful APIs;
• Experience in Unit testing, AB testing;
• Knowledge of Gatsby framework;
• Fluent English. 

WOULD BE A PLUS:  

• Experience in CI processes;
• Experience as a team lead.
