The game development company, which develops a new AAA MMO game is looking for a positive and friendly Office Assistant to become a part of their team in Kyiv.

THE ROLE: The overall purpose of this position is to perform and complete the daily tasks of a receptionist including tasks of general and personal administrative nature. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive incoming calls and mails, forward them to the appropriate recipients.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
• Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment.
• Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs.
• Assist in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and online analogues — Google Docs and spreadsheets.
• Good English, fluent Ukrainian and Russian.
• Proper phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
• Open minded personality, positive and friendly mindset.
• Able to complete several different tasks simultaneously.
