Our client - a British software development company specializing in building security systems for VoIP and Real-Time communications applications based on the Session Initiation Protocol - is looking for experienced QA Engineer (conformance, security testing) with previous experience of development on Linux to join their remote team.

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for researching, designing, developing and implementing a new set of conformance and security testing tools, defining QA procedures and implementing those procedures.
The security testing tools must cover the following areas:
- conformance to published protocol standards;
- testing against known and relevant security vulnerabilities;
- code validation and coverage;
- continuous integration;
- load testing.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP networking;
• QA automation experience (with any programming language);
• Knowledge of code quality analysis;
• Experience in software development on Linux, preferably at the system level;
• Good command of English.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Knowledge of SIP and related protocols and C development..
