Our client – a B2B SaaS company is looking for a Sales Officer to join their team remotely. The company specialises in building solutions relying on QR technology, offering a range of products that improve business processes, enhance security, and build trust.
The Role
The candidate will possess a deep understanding of QR technology and its applications in business security, will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, support sales activities, and to maximise the sales of company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the QR solutions.
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their technical challenges and propose effective solutions that address their business needs.
- Search for potential customers and generate leads.
- Provide product support knowledge.
- Act as a bridge between the sales, product development, and customer support teams, providing valuable feedback from the field to drive product enhancements and innovation.
- Prepare and submit necessary inputs and reports to the management as and when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for product development and positioning.
What you should have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or similar role.
- Advanced level of English language, both conversational and written.
- Experience of meeting and exceeding targets within sales environment.
- Cross-functional teams collaboration experience, including sales, product development, and customer support.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to work with deadlines.
- Ability to work in a self-motivated, independent, yet responsible way with a high degree of autonomy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Client research skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design effective solutions for diverse client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their business requirements.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of French language is an advantage.
