Our Client - a young European startup that provides a platform that helps small and medium-sized enterprises manage their insurance, is looking for skilled Frontend Engineers to join their Amsterdam team onsite or remotely. 

THE ROLE: 

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play an important role in the entire shape of a product. Building components and applications, and closely working with senior UX designers to make the frontend shine, will be also a part of your daily workflow. 

Project's stack: 

• Frontend: React, all in Typescript;
• Backend: Typescript lambda functions, machine learning, and natural language processing;
• Deployment: cloud-native AWS Lambda, Serverless framework. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: 

• 5+ years of commercial experience with JavaScript;
• Experience with React/Vue, Typescript; 
• You know how to connect the frontend and backend and avoid the pitfalls of routing, state management (e.g., context hooks, Redux if you must), performance, and security;
• You have a decent feel for design and UX, and can handle the CSS tricks needed to make your frontend look the part;
• Experience in the TDD approach;
• Fluent English. 

WOULD BE A PLUS: 

• Experience with Node.js.
