THE ROLE: 

We’re seeking an experienced System Administrator who’s eager to use and grow his or her technological skills on a worldwide stage in the company`s global IT Team. The System Administrator works within the Altium IT group and is responsible for the implementation, performance, and maintenance of the server, network, and cloud systems. This position requires strong knowledge of and experience with corporate IT systems of various types and a proven ability to learn new skills in a constantly changing technical environment.

• Microsoft ADDS and Azure AD
• Office 365
• Microsoft Windows 2012R2/2016/2019 Server
• Sophos UTM and XG Firewalls
• TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP network concepts and operation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer and support on-prem AD DS, Azure AD, Office 365 services, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint online.
• Administer and maintains global VMWare cluster environment.
• Provision and Support physical and VM servers.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and patches.
• Installing, configuring and administering end user and server software and hardware.
• Troubleshoots user, network, or server issues and outages.
• Ensure security through access controls and firewalls.
• Maintains relevant technical documentation and IT manuals.
• Assist in the management and provision of accounts within SaaS applications.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a corporate IT environment.
• A degree in Information Systems or another related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Office 365 applications including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Good experience in support and administration of VMWare vSphere.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (2012R2, 2016, 2019), patching automation, IIS support etc.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
• Good hands-on experience with Sophos firewalls LAN/WAN Networking.
• Experience with ITIL / ITSM framework.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and teamwork.
• Good knowledge of English is required.
