The Talent Acquisition Lead at Terminal will help us find the highest quality candidates for our partners and our internal teams across a wide spectrum of technical skills and experience. You’ll create an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the interview process.

Terminal is working successfully in Canada and LatAm since 2016 and now expanding to Europe by launching an office in Poland. You will be part of establishing and leading our foundational recruiting team, helping to design the process that allows us to deliver quality at scale.

The Role:

  • Full-cycle recruitment of technical positions across multiple levels of seniority, multiple companies, and multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with clients to deeply understand hiring needs, and to represent the best candidates in the area to hiring managers.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Terminal and each client company to candidates at all levels and the internal TA team.
  • Lead a team of talent acquisition members to deliver talent within SLAs.
  • Innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans with the sourcing team, analysing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale recruiting operations and results.
  • Embody, as an ambassador, the values, mission, and story of Terminal.

What you bring:

  • Deep knowledge of Poland’s technical recruiting environment.
  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • 2 years of team lead or management experience.
  • Experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline of technology talent.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
  • Proven track record of assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume.
  • Experience in helping scale an early-stage team.
  • Ability to speak with clients at various stages through the recruitment lifecycle.
