A fast-growing e-commerce related company based in Osaka (Japan) with more than 900,000 registered users around the globe is actively looking for a C#/ASP.Net Team Lead to join their team in Lviv office. The company was founded in April 2014 as a shopping proxy service, facilitating the acquisition of goods from Japanese online stores and auctions for those outsides of Japan.

THE ROLE:

As a C#/ASP.Net Team Lead you will be leading your own engineering team and you will be involved in:

  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members;
  • Reviewing and improving source code written by developers to meet company standards;
  • Developing new features along with enhancements for existing functionality;
  • Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies;
  • Working with Project Manager and CTO on key elements of the system;
  • Be involved throughout the company's services life cycle, influencing every step of the way, including system architecture.

Those who show a high level of expertise and responsibility will have a chance to be a part of the product team (CTO, CEO, and Product Managers) in the future.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core (Web API/MVC/Razor Pages), ASP.NET 4.7 (MVC), Entity Framework;
  • Extensive knowledge of MS SQL, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS;
  • Being creative and ready to be responsible for certain projects;
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Previous management and team-leading experience (at least 2 years).

WOULD BE A PLUS:

  • Competitive programming experience (HackerRank/Leetcode/TopCoder etc);
  • Familiar with Azure services, ElasticSearch, CosmosDb, Redis, Dapper.
