Our client a fast-growing, professionally managed, organisation in the consulting services business is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to manage the finances for the growing business in the Middle East region.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
• Provide high level of financial reporting & analysis
• Preparation of management & statutory accounts, cash flow & balance sheet
• Ownership of the company balance sheet
• Preparation and management of the budget
• Payroll processing for over 5000 employees
• Manage cash generation across the different business verticals
• Manage credit control and company cash management

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Chartered Accountant /CIMA
• 10 + years of Post Qualification Experience
• Staffing / recruitment experience is preferable
• Worked in a high volume/transaction industry
• Exposure to Shared Services
