Our client a fast-growing, professionally managed, organisation in the consulting services business is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to manage the finances for the growing business in the Middle East region.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
- Provide high level of financial reporting & analysis
- Preparation of management & statutory accounts, cash flow & balance sheet
- Ownership of the company balance sheet
- Preparation and management of the budget
- Payroll processing for over 5000 employees
- Manage cash generation across the different business verticals
- Manage credit control and company cash management
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Chartered Accountant /CIMA
- 10 + years of Post Qualification Experience
- Staffing / recruitment experience is preferable
- Worked in a high volume/transaction industry
- Exposure to Shared Services
