• Provide technical leadership for the team.
• Track and support the tech department.
• Collaborate with the engineering manager to create a stronger team.
• Write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Translate software requirements into high-performance software.
• Play role in architectural and design decisions, supporting efficient microservices distributed architecture.
• Be fully responsible for the team’s deliverables.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns.
• Understanding how basic data structures are implemented in Go.
• Ability to write clean and effective Godoc comments.
• Writing unit, integration, and automation tests.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab pipelines.
• Familiarity with metrics: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with the DevOps practices.
• Good written and spoken English.
