Altium Limited is actively looking for key DevOps Engineer to join their team in Kyiv. It is a software company that provides outstanding PC-based electronics design software for engineers, such world-famous product as Altium Designer.

THE ROLE: 
As a key DevOps Engineer, you will work on the Altium-365 cloud platform (https://www.altium.com/altium-365) and have a chance to transform the current DevOps processes into something more reliable and structured. 
The current system is separately written scripts by several people in different locations at different times. At the result, we have a complex build-system, that complicates the work of developers. The company is looking for an experienced person who will work hard on this platform, make it more structured, improve it, and add convenience for Altium-365 users.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Architect and maintain effective developer-friendly CI / CD pipelines;
• Contribute to the design and implementation of automated infrastructure to allow teams to develop continuous build, deploy, test and release processes (build/test system, CI etc);
• Help to design, create and maintain cloud environments (production with the customer's data and non-production);
• Provide training and support to software engineering teams during design /implementation/support phases.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer;
• Experience with CI systems (Jenkins/Gitlab);
• Proven experience and deep knowledge of Docker;
• Bash / Powershell scripting experience;
• Windows / Linux - admin level;
• Previous experience with any cloud system;
• Knowledge of English at the level of Upper-Intermediate and above.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience with Microsoft IIS;
• Familiar with Docker for Windows;
• Previous experience with AWS CDK;
• Experience with Typescript.
