Senior HR Specialist
Roku.com - a well-known high-tech company, #1 TV streaming platform in the US that connects the entire TV ecosystem around the world is looking for a Senior HR Specialist.
SUMMARY
This is a great opportunity to become a part of the brand-new team in the Kyiv office that has recently been open since October 2021. As part of the global Compensation & Benefits team you will be building the local HR processes, and policies from the ground up to support the rapid business growth.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Ukrainian labour law and experience in managing benefits and HR programs across Ukraine (experience with specifics in other EMEA countries would be a plus).
Roku Compensation & Benefits team is composed of trusted consultants to HR partners and business leaders at Roku. It is responsible for the implementation, administration, and evolution of compensation and benefits programs across Roku globally.
