Мы будем работать над тем, что мешает нам:
- своевременно принимать адекватные решения;
- организовывать свою работу, опираясь на приоритеты, но с учетом реальных возможностей;
- принимать вызовы и не делать себе нервы, «оставаться в сознании», не драматизируя и не избегая стрессовых ситуаций;
- доверять себе, вдохновлять других.
Программа тренинга:
1 день. Принятие решений. Самоорганизация:
• Анализ личной эффективности
• Срочность VS важность. Расстановка приоритетов в работе
• Рутинные/сложные/неинтересные задачи
• Влияние личного отношения к задаче на процесс и результат
• Откладывание. Избегание. Застревание. «Пожары»
• Самоконтроль. Внутренняя дисциплина. Поток
• Способность к своевременным решениям и действиям
• Инструменты анализа проблемных ситуаций и выявления ключевых причин
• Критерии верного решения
• Время на принятие важных и повседневных решений
• Психологические ловушки при принятия решений: сомнения, проблема выбора, страх последствий, избегание риска и пр.
2 день. Управление собой в стрессе:
• Симптомы стресса. Причины стресса
• Источники стресса в работе
• Формы реакций на изменяющиеся условия
• Мысли, эмоции, фантазии, действия, привычки
• Техники снижения внутреннего напряжения в условиях прессинга
• Обучение действовать и мыслить осознанно в условиях «турбулентности»
• Стресс в коммуникациях: различение проекций и реальности
• Устойчивость в конфликтных ситуациях
3 день. Харизма. Развитие потенциала:
• Мифы о харизме
• Природа человека и потенциальность
• Стрессо-приносящие привычки в отношениях с собой
• Требования к себе и ограничивающие представлениями о том, как надо, и что такое «норма»
• Развитие понимания себя и умения опираться на себя
• Индивидуальный вектор профессионального и личностного развития
• «Зона комфорта», «зона дискомфорта» и другие модные «зоны»
• Конструктивное отношение к себе и своим переживаниям
• Способность слышать свои потребности, видеть возможности для их реализации
Формат: практический, интерактивный и душевный.
