Our client – a company that provides recruitment technology and web data management services - is actively looking for a proactive and responsible Technical Support Engineer who will help them configuring a proprietary system related to scrape, transfer and delivery web data over the internet on a remote basis. This also includes direct email communication with clients to discuss requirements, support existing configs, etc. (calls are optional)

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Understanding of HTML (medium level) and JavaScript (basic level);
• Good understanding of XML, JSON, CSV, APIs ;
• Knowledge of how websites work;
• User-level knowledge of ftp, sftp;
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets;
• Knowledge in Regular expressions;
• XSLT templates, Velocity templates (optional);
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Native both Ukrainian and Russian.
