Our client is an advertisement technology company with several marketing platforms as a service, based in Tel Aviv (HQ) & Kyiv. They are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / HR Manager.

Role:

Your main goal would be to find suitable candidates for all requested vacancies and perform HR activities.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruitment process (from receiving a request to filling the vacancy)
• Conducting interviews;
• Organizing interviews with hiring managers (tech and administrative management);
• Status reporting;
• Job offer process;
• Compensation and Benefits process;
• Office HR activities (retention, onboarding, etc.);
• Organizing events;
• Daily cooperation with marketing manager and CEO.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of work experience in IT recruitment and HR management;
• Experience using and managing various sources for recruitment of candidates;
• Experience with HR processes (job offer, onboarding, retention, C&B, etc.);
• At least Upper Intermediate (B2) level of English for communication with HQ in Tel Aviv.
