Limited candidates with relevant experience, high market competition, English proficiency requirements, and confidentiality constraints (inability to disclose all details to candidates immediately).
We faced a large influx of irrelevant candidates, making it difficult to identify suitable ones among the resumes.
We expanded our search, experimented, and reached out to candidates from various industries that could potentially be suitable. We utilized both direct and indirect search methods.
Candidates were presented within 12 and 18 days of starting the search and were hired within 1-2 months (40 and 65 days).

CLOSED A POSITION FOR A U.S. DEFENSE TECH COMPANY

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

LOCATION: POLANDTIME-TO-PRESENT: 2 DAYSTIME-TO-HIRE: 4 MONTHS

The position was highly specialized, requiring experts with experience in the aviation industry or drone production. 
Most specialists in Poland work in civilian vehicle production, without confidentiality restrictions, and openly share their information. Yet, our search remained highly limited.
We broadened our search to include all European countries, prioritizing those near Poland. Ultimately, we hired a local candidate, who was among the first we identified.
The candidate was identified within two days of posting the job. He passed all interviews, but due to project funding delays caused by the general blocking of financial assistance from the U.S., the offer was made nearly four months later.
He started working almost immediately after accepting.

FILLED A POSITION FOR A EUROPEAN UAV MANUFACTURER

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

LOCATION: UKRAINETIME-TO-PRESENT: 16 DAYSTIME-TO-HIRE: 55 DAYS

Discrepancies emerged between the initial job request and feedback from the candidate review process. Additionally, candidates were not being interviewed by the hiring manager.
To resolve this, we maintained constant communication with the client, refining job requirements and the review process multiple times to better align with the company’s needs.
The hired candidate didn’t fully match the initial job description, underscoring the importance of direct collaboration with hiring managers. By gathering feedback and refining the recruiting process, we ensure a precise fit for the role.
The hired candidate was presented within 16 days of starting the search. An offer was made 48 days later, and the candidate began working 55 days after the search commenced.
