Research of the Ukrainian GameDev market

The Ukrainian GameDev talent market is 20,000+ professionals and about 100 studios and companies, as well as its own culture, priorities, and values.

We decided to take a look from the inside, and based on the first hundred of respondents, we found out that 70% of those working in the gaming industry do not consider work in other directions, 50% of respondents “work found them by itself” and only 13% are dissatisfied with their working conditions.

Do you have any idea what percent of game development specialists play games outside of work? Which game studio is the most desirable employer in Ukraine?
