Skillers is looking for IT Recruiter/Researcher to join our friendly team!

We are a team of dedicated tech-savvy recruitment experts with a can-do attitude and unique DNA, doing our best since 2005. Our specialization is challenging technical positions of middle, senior and management levels. We have over 1,500 filled vacancies for 90 companies in our portfolio. For more than 8 years we have been engaged in the selection and relocation of developers to Europe, the USA and Asia. Most of our clients are R&D centers, product companies and startups.

Note that we can consider a person even without IT recruiting experience. We will be happy to provide the best mentor and support to catch up with the knowledge :)

Requirements:
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• At least Intermediate strong English level (written and spoken);
• Social Media experience with LinkedIn and Facebook;
• Interest in IT area;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Skills of planning and tasks prioritization;
• Work experience is not a must-have ;-)

Responsibilities:
• Participating in defining the ideal candidate profile for the job descriptions provided;
• Various types of web research (develop a list of suitable candidates, provide additional details as requested, and prepare market analysis based on other criteria);
• You will work with the ATS and prepare reports about your work and vacancies;
• You will gradually learn how to contact candidates and conduct pre-screening calls (mentoring and support will be provided).
